1.我们不做什么 · What We Do Not Do

• 不收集任何账号信息——本 App 无需注册，无需登录，启动即用。 No account information is collected — the app requires no registration or login and works the moment you open it.
• 除 Apple 官方 App 内购买（订阅校验）外，不进行任何其他网络请求——核心拍摄功能完全在本地完成，且不向任何开发者自建服务器发送数据。 Apart from Apple's official in-app purchase (subscription verification), the app makes no other network requests — all core camera features run locally, and no data is ever sent to any developer-operated server.
• 不内置任何第三方 SDK——没有广告、分析、统计或推送相关组件。 No third-party SDKs are bundled — there are no advertising, analytics, tracking, or push components.
• 不读取你的通讯录、不读取剪贴板、不读取设备唯一标识符。 We do not read your contacts, clipboard, or any device identifier.
• 不上传你拍摄的任何照片或视频——所有作品仅保存到你手机的本地相册。 We do not upload any photo or video you capture — all works are saved only to your device's local photo library.

2.我们使用哪些系统权限 · System Permissions We Use

• 相机：用于前后摄像头同步取景与拍摄。 Camera: for simultaneous front/back framing and capture.
• 麦克风：用于录像时录制声音。 Microphone: to record audio during video recording.
• 相册（读 / 写）：用于在 App 内底部展示最近一张作品作为相册入口缩略图，以及保存新作品到相册。 Photo Library (read/write): to show your most recent work as the album-entry thumbnail, and to save new works to your library.
• （可选）定位：仅当你开启“保存位置信息到照片”时使用，且仅写入图片 EXIF 元数据，不离开你的设备。 Location (optional): used only when you enable “save location to photos,” and written solely into the image's EXIF metadata — it never leaves your device.

3.数据存储 · Data Storage

• 你的所有拍摄结果保存在系统相册，以及 App 临时目录（导出完成后会清理）。 All your captures are stored in the system photo library and in the app's temporary directory (cleared after export).
• App 偏好设置存储在本机 UserDefaults，不与 iCloud 同步。 App preferences are stored locally in UserDefaults and are not synced to iCloud.

4.数据共享 · Data Sharing

• 当你主动通过系统分享面板分享时，数据走系统分享通道，本 App 不参与传输。 When you actively share via the system share sheet, data goes through the system channel; the app itself takes no part in the transfer.
• 我们不会与任何第三方分享你的数据。 We do not share your data with any third party.

5.未成年人 · Minors

本 App 不针对 13 岁以下儿童使用。由于不收集任何数据，实际不构成对未成年人个人信息的处理。

This app is not directed at children under 13. As it collects no data, it does not process minors' personal information.

6.政策变更 · Changes to This Policy

如有变更将通过新版本更新本页内容。

Any changes will be reflected on this page in a future release.

7.你的权利 · Your Rights

你可以在 iPhone 的「设置 → 隐私 → 相机 / 麦克风 / 照片」中，随时撤回对本 App 的权限授予。

You may withdraw any permission at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Microphone / Photos.

9.完全原创声明 · Statement of Full Originality

本 App（「同框」）的全部产品设计、交互流程、界面视觉、功能架构、源代码、文案资料、图标素材及品牌名称，均由本团队独立设计与开发完成，系完全原创成果。本 App 仅在功能实现过程中合法使用 Apple 官方提供的 iOS SDK 与系统框架（AVFoundation / Core Image / Photos / UIKit / SwiftUI 等），除此之外不包含任何来自第三方的代码、素材或设计资源。

All product design, interaction flow, visual interface, feature architecture, source code, copy, icon assets, and brand name of this app (“同框 / DualCamera”) were independently designed and developed by our team and are wholly original. The app lawfully uses only Apple's official iOS SDKs and system frameworks (AVFoundation / Core Image / Photos / UIKit / SwiftUI, etc.) in implementing its features, and contains no third-party code, assets, or design resources.

10.著作权归属 · Copyright Ownership

本 App 涉及的全部独创性成果——包括但不限于：

All original works embodied in this app — including but not limited to:

• 软件源代码及编译产物 Software source code and compiled binaries
• UI 设计、图标（含 App Icon）、视觉风格 UI design, icons (including the App Icon), and visual style
• 提示词、文案、说明、引导内容 Prompts, copy, descriptions, and onboarding content
• 商标、品牌名称、口号 Trademarks, brand name, and slogans
• 功能流程的独特组合（前后双摄同步合成、Vlog 提词录制、画中画 / 上下 / 左右多布局烧录等） The unique combination of features (synchronized dual-camera compositing, Vlog teleprompter recording, picture-in-picture / vertical / horizontal multi-layout burn-in, etc.)

依据《中华人民共和国著作权法》《中华人民共和国商标法》《计算机软件保护条例》及相关国际公约，著作权与相关权利由本团队享有，受法律保护。

are owned by our team and protected under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and relevant international conventions.

11.禁止抄袭、模仿、反向工程 · No Plagiarism, Imitation or Reverse Engineering

未经本团队事先书面授权，任何单位或个人不得以任何形式：

Without our team's prior written authorization, no entity or individual may, in any form:

• 复制、抄袭、模仿本 App 的界面外观、图标、品牌名称、文案资料或独特的功能组合； Copy, plagiarize, or imitate the app's interface appearance, icons, brand name, copy, or unique feature combination;
• 对本 App 进行反编译、反汇编、反向工程，以提取其源代码或设计逻辑； Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the app to extract its source code or design logic;
• 在自己或他人的产品中使用与本 App 在外观、命名、交互上构成「实质性相似」的设计； Use, in their own or others' products, designs that are “substantially similar” to this app in appearance, naming, or interaction;
• 假冒、仿冒、混淆本 App 或本团队名义对外发布、销售或推广产品。 Counterfeit, impersonate, or create confusion with this app or our team to publish, sell, or promote products.

12.法律责任警示 · Warning of Legal Liability

以上禁止行为可能侵犯本团队的著作权、商标权、不正当竞争所保护的合法权益，并触发以下法律后果：

The prohibited acts above may infringe our team's copyright, trademark rights, and interests protected against unfair competition, and may give rise to:

• 民事责任：停止侵权、消除影响、赔礼道歉、赔偿损失（含合理维权开支）； Civil liability: cessation of infringement, elimination of effects, formal apology, and damages (including reasonable enforcement costs);
• 行政责任：由相关行政部门依法予以警告、罚款、没收违法所得； Administrative liability: warnings, fines, and confiscation of illegal gains imposed by the competent authorities;
• 刑事责任：情节严重者，可能依《中华人民共和国刑法》第 217 条「侵犯著作权罪」、第 213 条「假冒注册商标罪」等条款追究刑事责任。 Criminal liability: in serious cases, prosecution under Article 217 (“crime of copyright infringement”) and Article 213 (“crime of counterfeiting registered trademarks”) of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China.

本团队保留依法采取一切必要措施维护自身合法权益的权利，包括但不限于发函警告、行政投诉、民事诉讼及刑事举报。我们对维权过程产生的全部合理费用（包括律师费、公证费、调查取证费等），亦保留向侵权方追偿的权利。

Our team reserves the right to take all necessary lawful measures to protect its rights — including cease-and-desist letters, administrative complaints, civil litigation, and criminal reports — and reserves the right to recover all reasonable enforcement costs (including attorney, notarization, and investigation fees) from infringers.

我们尊重每一位开发者的创造力，也希望同行尊重本团队的劳动成果。如你正在开发类似的前后摄影像类产品，建议从产品定位、交互思路、视觉风格上做出明显区分，避免无意中陷入相似性纠纷。如对授权或合作有兴趣，欢迎通过上方邮箱联系我们。

We respect every developer's creativity and ask that peers respect our team's work. If you are building a similar front/back camera product, we suggest clearly differentiating it in positioning, interaction, and visual style to avoid inadvertent similarity disputes. For licensing or collaboration, you are welcome to contact us at the email above.

依据《互联网信息服务管理办法》（国务院第 292 号令）及《非经营性互联网信息服务备案管理办法》（信息产业部令第 33 号），互联网信息服务备案要求适用于“通过互联网向上网用户提供信息的服务活动”。

Under the Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services (State Council Order No. 292) and the Administrative Measures for the Filing of Non-Operational Internet Information Services (MII Order No. 33), ICP filing applies to “activities that provide information to online users via the Internet.”

本 App 的实际运行情况：

How this app actually operates:

• 不连接任何开发者自建 / 自有服务器；唯一的网络通信是通过 Apple 官方 App 内购买（StoreKit）完成订阅校验，由 Apple 运营。 Connects to no developer-operated server; the only network communication is Apple's official in-app purchase (StoreKit) for subscription verification, which is operated by Apple.
• 不下载、不上传、不分发任何在线内容。 Does not download, upload, or distribute any online content.
• 所有功能（取景、拍摄、合成、保存）均在用户设备本地完成。 All features (framing, capture, compositing, saving) run locally on the user's device.
• 不构成“互联网信息服务”。 Does not constitute an “Internet information service.”

本 App 不自行运营任何互联网信息服务，亦不持有自有服务器或域名（订阅仅经由 Apple 官方渠道完成），因此属于 ICP 备案制度的免除适用范围。我们对本声明的真实性负责。

The app operates no internet information service of its own and holds no self-operated server or domain (subscriptions are handled solely through Apple's official channel); it therefore falls within the exemption from ICP filing. We are responsible for the truthfulness of this statement.

技术声明 · Technical Statement

• 本应用使用 Apple 官方 AVFoundation / Core Image / Photos 框架，所有影像处理在本机芯片完成；并使用 Apple StoreKit 仅用于 App 内购买与订阅校验。 The app uses Apple's official AVFoundation / Core Image / Photos frameworks, with all image processing performed on the device's own chip; it also uses Apple StoreKit solely for in-app purchases and subscription verification.
• 不依赖任何云端推理、不依赖任何远端模型。 It relies on no cloud inference and no remote models.
• 不读取与本功能无关的任何用户数据。 It reads no user data unrelated to its function.

如本应用的网络行为发生任何变化（例如未来版本接入云端备份），我们将主动完成 ICP 备案手续，并在新版本中明确告知用户。

If the app's network behavior ever changes (e.g., a future version adds cloud backup), we will proactively complete ICP filing and clearly inform users in that release.
