1. 协议的接受

魔本（英文名 Magic Note，下称"本应用"）由个人开发者杨子硕（下称"开发者"）开发和发布。下载或使用本应用即表示你同意本协议。如不同意，请不要使用本应用。

2. 服务性质

本应用是一款本地工具类应用：手写笔记、端侧手写识别与端侧 AI 回应均在你的设备上运行。本应用不提供账户体系或开发者运营的在线服务。

3. 你的内容

你在本应用中书写、绘制和生成的全部内容归你所有。内容仅保存在你的设备上，你对其保管和备份负责（建议开启 iOS 系统备份）。

4. AI 生成内容的性质

AI 回应由语言模型自动生成，可能不准确、不完整或带有偏差；
AI 回应仅供思考参考，不构成医疗、法律、财务、心理或其他专业建议；
对基于 AI 回应做出的任何决定，由你自行判断并承担责任。

5. 第三方服务

若你选择配置第三方大模型 API（如 DeepSeek、Kimi、智谱、OpenAI 等）：

你与该服务商之间的关系（包括注册、费用、配额与数据处理）受该服务商的条款约束；
你应确保自己对所填 API Key 拥有合法使用权，并遵守该服务商的使用政策；
开发者对第三方服务的可用性、质量与收费不承担责任。

应用内下载的开源模型（如 Qwen、Gemma 系列）受其各自的开源许可证约束。

6. 合理使用

你承诺不将本应用用于任何违法用途，不利用本应用（含所接入的 AI 服务）生成、存储或传播违法内容，并遵守你所在地区的法律法规。

7. 知识产权

本应用的软件、界面设计与图标归开发者所有。本应用使用的第三方开源组件（llama.cpp、开源模型等）与字体归其各自权利人所有，并受相应许可证约束。

8. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对本应用的不间断可用、无错误运行作出保证，亦不对因使用或无法使用本应用造成的数据丢失或其他损失承担责任。请妥善备份重要内容。

9. 协议变更与终止

开发者可能随应用更新修订本协议，修订后的协议在本页面发布。你可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用。

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

Magic Note (「魔本」, "the App") is developed and published by independent developer Zishuo Yang ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of the service

The App is a local, tool-type application: handwriting, on-device recognition, and on-device AI replies all run on your device. The App provides no account system and no developer-operated online service.

3. Your content

Everything you write, draw, and generate in the App belongs to you. Content is stored only on your device; you are responsible for safekeeping and backups (enabling iOS system backup is recommended).

4. AI-generated content

AI replies are generated automatically by language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased;
AI replies are for reflection only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice;
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI replies.

5. Third-party services

If you choose to configure a third-party LLM API (e.g. DeepSeek, Kimi, Zhipu, OpenAI):

Your relationship with that provider (registration, fees, quotas, data processing) is governed by the provider's own terms;
You must have the lawful right to use the API key you enter and comply with the provider's usage policies;
The Developer is not responsible for the availability, quality, or pricing of third-party services.

Open-source models downloaded in-app (e.g. the Qwen and Gemma families) are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to use the App (including any connected AI service) to create, store, or distribute unlawful content, and to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

The App's software, interface design, and icon belong to the Developer. Third-party open-source components (llama.cpp, open-source models, etc.) and fonts belong to their respective owners and are governed by their licenses.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer makes no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for data loss or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Please back up important content.

9. Changes and termination

The Developer may revise these Terms alongside App updates; revised Terms are published on this page. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
